Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served the communities of Idaho and Montana for four generations.

The Beverage Warehouse Associate is part of our warehouse picking and loading team, responsible for building customer orders and loading pallets to keep beverage distribution running on schedule.

• Accurately select customer orders using scanners, voice-directed systems, or other warehouse technology in a safe and efficient manner.
• Verify product type, package size, quantities, and order accuracy using handheld devices and internal systems.
• Build and load pallets with beverage products according to assigned order tickets and loading specifications.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move inventory and completed orders throughout the facility.
• Shrink-wrap, label, and stage products for outbound shipment per established procedures.
• Load outbound delivery vehicles and unload incoming trucks, empty pallets, and keg returns.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas, including aisles, storage locations, and work surfaces.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and support facility security standards.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prior experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow order selection instructions accurately.
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a warehouse environment while maintaining productivity.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with the ability to sustain accuracy under pressure.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–45 lbs. Role requires frequent bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Work is performed across multiple warehouse temperature zones, including dry, cool, and refrigerated environments.
