Our roles are employed under the JIB agreement , meaning you benefit from:
Holiday Pay Accrual Employee & Employer Pension Contributions Overtime Pay after 37.5 hours worked Structured Rates & Uplifts Private Health Insurance Support with Training & Certification Costs Understanding the M&E Uplift Heathrow projects operate under a supplementary agreement which includes additional M&E uplift payments on top of standard JIB rates. The uplift is paid when employees complete their minimum 37.5 contracted hours with no unauthorised absences, providing enhanced weekly earnings alongside the security and benefits of PAYE employment.

What We're Looking For JIB Gold Card Electricians

Experience with in commercial or industrial environments Experience in baggage handling, conveyor systems, rail, tunnel, or heavy industrial works advantageous Reliable, professional individuals seeking long-term work IPAF Preferred What You'll Be Working On Join large-scale infrastructure and aviation projects at one of the UK's busiest airports, working alongside leading M&E contractors on projects helping shape Heathrow's future.
