Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, preach, and lead the in-person weekly worship service in coordination with Church Council. Provide pastoral care as needed to congregation and council. Provide guidance, coaching, spiritual leadership, and support to lay leadership as they plan and implement ongoing programs. Support our renewal process by attending council and other related meetings when possible. Provide a sense of continuity, stability, and community during time of transition.
Salary Basis: per Week. Weddings, Memorial Services, funerals, and other special services outside of weekly worship service to be compensated separately and independent of Gorham Community Church.

Estimated at 10/week. Commitment:
One year from date of hire with possible extension.
