Sanford Health - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs;
Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and range of motion exercises;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements, and document resident interactions and care outcomes;
Support wellness and recreational programs, and assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
