Lead the Operation

Own the performance of retail, food service, gasoline and diesel operations, staffing, inventory, safety, facilities, and customer experience.

Grow the Food Business

Drive food quality, safety, sales, margins, inventory, and profitability.

Manage sales, margins, labor, inventory, expenses, and profitability. Use performance data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Strong business and financial understanding
• High-volume retail, convenience, travel store, fuel, or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands‑on leadership style
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability and willingness to travel during training
