7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., week‑long, flexible

Client: 33‑year‑old with G‑tube

Compensation: $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nights plus $2/night and $2/weekend shift differentials

Client: 28‑year‑old with G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator

Compensation: $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nights plus $2/night and $2/weekend shift differentials

Pediatric Home Service has been a trusted leader in pediatric home health and private duty nursing since 1990.

We specialize in one‑to‑one in‑home nursing care, enabling children with complex medical needs to live at home and attend school.

All candidates, including RNs and LPNs, will receive specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care. No experience is required. 24/7 support is available from a dedicated team.

As a home health nurse or private duty nurse you will care for one child at a time, developing real connections and witnessing progress firsthand. Initial experience with pediatric home care is a plus, but heart and willingness to learn are essential.
