TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Hays, Kansas. The right RN should have 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre‑ and post‑operative patients.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, and report any adverse reactions to treatment.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare equipment and aid physician during examination and treatment of patients.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physician.

BLS certification and 2 years of experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
