What You’ll Do:- Obtain, accurately measure, and document vital signs and other patient health information.
- Assist nursing and medical staff with medication appointments, procedures, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate patient concerns, changes, and clinical findings to the appropriate nurse or medical provider.
- Assist with patient assessments, including obtaining PHQ-9s and completing required medical information.
- Support patients with prescription needs, lab orders, medication access, and follow‑up care.
- Assist with telemedicine appointments and coordinate care between patients and providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
- Assist with Spravato® treatments, including monitoring patients during treatment.
- Receive training and assist with TMS treatments as needed.
- Help coordinate patient scheduling and follow‑up appointments.
- Provide education and information to patients regarding their care, services, and available resources.
- Continue developing your knowledge of psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacology, and behavioral health through ongoing training and education.
- Work closely with the nursing and medical team to ensure patients receive consistent, coordinated care.
