Dedicated CDLA Truck Driver Hays KS

We re hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional position offering strong weekly earnings, consistent daytime schedules, and regular home time.
Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,900-$2,200

• Sign-on bonus: $1,000

• Mileage pay based on verified experience:

  • 0–6 months: $0.70/mile

  • 6–12 months: $0.71/mile

  • 12–18 months: $0.72/mile

  • 18–24 months: $0.73/mile

  • 24–36 months: $0.74/mile

  • 36–48 months: $0.75/mile

  • 48–60 months: $0.76/mile

  • 60–72 months: $0.77/mile

  • 72–84 months: $0.78/mile

  • 84–96 months: $0.79/mile

  • 96+ months: $0.80/mile

• Unload pay: $240 per unload

• Stop pay: $25 per stop

• Backhaul pay: $50 per backhaul

• Paid on a W2

• Full benefits package available

• Home weekly

• Approximately 80% of resets occur on weekends

• Daytime driving hours

• 100% touch freight

• Drivers unload freight at multiple customer locations

• Regional routes covering:

  • ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, and IN

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (School or training time does not count toward experience)

• Must reside in Hays, KS or the immediate surrounding area

• Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements

• Accidents, violations, and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis
