Tracy Electric, Inc. is seeking a reliable Part-Time Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to support the Accounts Payable and Accounting Department with approximately 15–20 hours per week.
You will maintain purchase orders (POs), enter vendor invoices, verify details, and ensure accounts payable records are accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and basic Excel skills, and able to work independently while following established procedures.
