• Lead and manage all quality control and quality assurance functions across the manufacturing facility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality strategies, systems, procedures, and performance standards.
• Oversee inspection and compliance activities to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer quality audits, inspections, and compliance inquiries.
• Work with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet required quality standards before production.
• Provide technical support and corrective solutions for customer and supplier quality concerns.
• Implement root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans, and process audits for continual improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and strengthen quality performance.
• Manage, train, and mentor quality inspectors, supervisors, and support staff.
• Develop training programs to enhance quality awareness and establish accountability for quality performance across departments.
• Interpret technical drawings, patterns, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with current ISO 9001and AS9100 requirements.
