About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented general accountant with strong proficiency in Quick Books and Excel? We have an exciting opportunity for a General Accountant to join a dynamic organization. This role will involve working on a variety of accounting tasks, including managing financial records, overseeing budgets, reconciling accounts, and producing accurate reports. Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger data entry.

+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

+ Generate and assess financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

+ Utilize Quick Books and Excel to manage day-to-day accounting operations and enhance efficiency.

+ Assist in budget development and variance analysis.

+ Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end close processes.

+ Stay updated on new accounting regulations and standards.

+ Assist in audits by preparing supporting documentation and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.

+ Strong proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).

+ Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
