Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can manage the full cycle of bookkeeping functions and help support the financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity

+ Process payroll and maintain payroll records

+ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports

+ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close

+ Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities

+ Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting schedules

+ Coordinate with outside accountants for tax preparation and audits

+ Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

+ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

+

Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar systems

+ High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
