Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and input invoices into the accounting system.

• Support cost accounting procedures by reviewing invoices prior to payment posting.
• Maintain data accuracy across multiple accounting platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide administrative and coding assistance to the accounting department.
