Controller | Deep Tech Startup | $150K-$170K Base

I'm partnering with a venture-backed, high-growth deep-tech company that's developing breakthrough technology with the potential to transform critical infrastructure. Backed by significant investor funding and valued at over $300M, they're entering a major growth phase and looking for a hands-on Controller to help build a world-class accounting function.

What they're looking for:

• CPA required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership background
• Strong US GAAP and financial reporting expertise
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, robotics, hardware tech, aerospace, or similar sectors preferred
• Startup and/or venture-backed company experience strongly desired
• Cash management, forecasting, process improvement, and building scalable infrastructure experience
