Position Overview:- We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives on hunting down new opportunities and building lasting relationships.
- In this role, you’ll spend about 80–90% of your time focused on new business development, with the rest dedicated to growing and expanding existing accounts.

- Drive new business by prospecting and landing new accounts.
- Expand existing accounts through trusted relationship building.
- Manage customer projects from kickoff to completion.
- Sell high-performance plastic solutions, including sheet, rod, tube, and machined parts.
- Focus on development, not just maintenance—we want growth!
- Industrial or plastics sales experience with results to back it up.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed to maximize your route.
- A technical mindset—you’re comfortable talking shop with engineers and manufacturers.
- Drive, independence, and a hunger to win.
