  • Support OEM, customized, and localized product opportunities for customers, partners, distributors, or group-level business needs.
  • Serve as the key product interface between Lusis and group R&D, ensuring product requirements, technical updates, timelines, and priorities are aligned.
  • Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, commercial, and customer-facing teams to move product projects forward.

  • Work with scientific and technical teams on panel design, performance targets, cutoff logic, usability, acceptance criteria, and product transfer readiness.
  • Identify product risks, usability gaps, workflow issues, sample matrix challenges, and technical questions, and coordinate appropriate resolution.
  • Ensure product decisions support scientific integrity, manufacturability, regulatory readiness, customer usability, and scalable commercialization.
Regulatory, Quality, and Launch Support
  • Train internal teams on product positioning, technical fundamentals, workflow considerations, and customer-facing talking points.
  • Build a structured feedback loop among customers, commercial teams, technical teams, and group R&D to improve product fit and performance.
Reporting, Process Improvement, and AI-Enabled Efficiency
  • Identify recurring communication, documentation, workflow, and execution gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity, including summarizing customer feedback, drafting product documents, organizing project notes, preparing reports, and improving internal documentation.
  • Review AI-generated content carefully for accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, scientific appropriateness, and professionalism before use.
Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, IVD, LDT, biotechnology, or a related technical product environment;
  • Strong understanding of PCR, qPCR, NGS, nucleic acid testing, assay workflows, and clinical or laboratory operations.
  • Experience translating customer, market, and technical needs into product requirements, project plans, and launch materials.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, project execution, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience supporting U.S. customer communication, partner collaboration, KOL engagement, product localization, or commercial launch activities.
Tools and Systems
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Product requirement, project management, documentation, or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for productivity, documentation, analysis, and workflow support.
