Senior Superintendent $110M Bay Area School Project

Parker Beth is partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent for a marquee $110M+ school construction project in Hayward, CA.

This multi-phase build will transform an existing elementary school into a state-of-the-art middle school with multiple structures, structural steel, masonry, and high-end finishes. The project kicks off with demo in Fall 2025, continues with mass grading/utilities in early 2026, and vertical construction in Summer 2026.

• Oversee 23 superintendents and field crews
• Lead demo, grading, utility, and ground-up phases
• Ensure DSA compliance, schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and assistants on-site

• 1015+ years superintendent experience on $100M+ projects
• Strong background with DSA and K12 construction
• Experience managing multiple superintendents at once
• Consistent work history with top GCs
• Expertise in structural steel, masonry, and complex builds
