Camera Content Creator & Social Video Strategist

We are seeking an on-camera content creator with professional-level English fluency to create content targeting North American audiences. On‑camera content creator who can plan, film, edit, and deliver high‑performing short‑form videos. This role supports organic growth, paid media, and product launches through relatable lifestyle content for North American moms and active women.

This position offers flexibility (full-time, part-time) and will be onsite at our Hayward, CA office.

• Serve as an on-camera representative of the brand on social media channels, presenting and explaining products in a clear, natural, and authentic manner.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts).
• Produce 3—5 videos per week for social posts, ads testing, tutorials, and launches.
• Create product demos, voiceovers, and lifestyle content that reflect real-world use cases.
• Translate product features into clear consumer benefits and buying guidance videos.
• Track performance and iterate quickly to improve engagement and conversions.
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager;
  Deliver reusable, on-brand creative assets aligned with marketing objectives
• Collaborate with social media channel managers on content planning and creative directions.
• Develop and refine repeatable workflows,
• templates, and SOPs for scalable content production

• Professional-level English fluency with a confident, natural on-camera presence and strong product storytelling skills.
• Experiences shooting and editing short‑form videos (iPhone recording acceptable); proficiency with Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent on-camera speaking ability, video creation, and editing skills.
• Understanding of IG & Tik Tok trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, iterative environment with evolving priorities
• Highly organized, proactive, and self‑motivated, with a curiosity for exploring new ideas, tools, and trends
• Experiences of content creation for apparel, athleisure, dancewear, or family lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Experiences in live streaming or shoppable videos is a plus.
