We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Hayward. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

• Answering incoming calls and providing information or assistance to customers
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media
• Resolving customer complaints and escalations effectively and efficiently
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
