Job Title
Offering $19 to $20 per hour
Job DescriptionThis employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches them to the appropriate service center.
Job ResponsibilitiesLog for all incoming calls
Hours 9am to 6pm
Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment
Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
Follow up on delivery of requested items
Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
After-hours dispatching when scheduled
Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
Communicating with co-workers and customers alike
Help with the training of employees
Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer literacy is necessary
Physical DemandsThe employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
