Overview
Offering $19 to $20 per hour.
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches them to the appropriate service center.
Responsibilities- Log for all incoming calls
- Hours 9am to 6pm
- Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment
- Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
- Follow up on delivery of requested items
- Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
- After-hours dispatching when scheduled
