Promotional Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Promotional Customer Service Representatives
. In this entry-level position, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and community-focused campaigns through live events, promotional activations, customer engagement, and face-to-face outreach

As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with customers and community members while supporting promotional campaigns and live events.

• Represent nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and community campaigns at live events and promotional activations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Engage with customers and community members through face-to-face communication
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns, services, and initiatives
• Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and promotional materials
• Support marketing and outreach teams with campaign execution
