Duties

• Support the preparation of staging plans using tools like Sketch Up, AutoCAD, or Revit to visualize design concepts
• Help coordinate delivery and setup of furniture and decor items on-site, ensuring timely execution
• Collaborate with the design team to implement color schemes based on color theory principles for optimal visual impact
• Maintain inventory of staging materials and ensure proper storage and organization of furniture and accessories
• Contribute to site inspections, ensuring safety standards are met during setup and teardown processes
• Support project timelines by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with vendors or contractors as needed

Experience

• Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, and remodeling techniques
• Experience in project management or coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction processes, renovation practices, and contracts related to home improvement projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities
