Part‑Time Lecturer Pool Position
The Department of Educational Psychology is seeking temporary, part‑time lecturers for a pool from which instructors will be considered for appointments as they become available for Fall Semester 2026 and/or Spring Semester 2027.
The DepartmentThe Department of Educational Psychology provides professional, academic, and clinical training for Special Education teachers, Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT), School Counselors, and School Psychologists.
Duties of the PositionTeach courses in MFT, P.P.S. credential, or Education Specialist (special education) programs, and/or supervise students or student learning. Teaching assignments may be at the Hayward campus, Concord Center, or online. All faculty members must perform their duties within the state of California.

The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.
Dates Of AppointmentFall Semester: 08/17/26 – 12/18/26
Spring Semester: 01/19/27 – 05/21/27
Candidate must hold a Master’s degree and have relevant professional experience and credentials or licenses in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Educational Psychology, Psychology, Special Education, Education, School Counseling, or School Psychology.
Preferred QualificationsDoctoral degree preferred.
