We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the build, documentation, and continuous improvement of complex electromechanical systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the shop floor, can translate designs into clear shop-ready documentation, and has experience supporting high-tech or semiconductor-related manufacturing.
What You’ll Be Doing- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including operation method sheets, test procedures, protocols, and quality checklists
- Produce clear, accurate shop drawings that translate engineering designs into executable manufacturing instructions
- Design and support fixtures, tooling, and production aids to improve efficiency and repeatability
- Develop and manage BOM structures
, ensuring accuracy and alignment with manufacturing needs - Support engineering builds and hands-on assembly of complex electromechanical modules and control systems
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues using structured problem-solving and on-the-floor support
- Partner closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and Engineering to refine processes and meet customer requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing strongly preferred
- 5–8 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in machining or fabrication (metals and plastics)
- Strong proficiency in Solid Works, GD&T and its application in manufacturing
- Experience creating shop drawings, tooling designs, and structured BOMs
