Job Title:
Battery Validation Technician

THIS IS WHAT YOU"LL DO:- Assist engineers with conducting material/cell analysis and reporting findings.
- Perform routine lab characterization of battery materials and maintain detailed records of collected data.
- Support and perform battery teardowns, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain characterization equipment, ensuring readiness for analysis and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Monitor lab operations to ensure smooth functionality and collaborate with engineers to resolve equipment performance challenges.
- Assist in updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for battery characterization and testing to improve workflow efficiency.
- Work with engineers to support electrode slurry mixing/preparation/cell prototype.
- Foster collaboration within the cross‑functional team and contribute to Client core values.
