Required:

Reporting to a bridge and pump supervisor, incumbents in these positions must be able to perform assigned maintenance and repairs on moveable drawbridge spans and storm water lift stations and work safely under various working conditions. in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications stated below, alameda county public works agency seeks dynamic individuals to fill our positions of stationary engineer, pwa. to be eligible for the competitive assessment process, you must meet the minimum qualifications by satisfying one of the criteria outlined in the two patterns below (i-ii). Either i the equivalent of three years full-time experience in the class of building equipment maintenance worker or an equivalent or higher-level class in the alameda county classified service (non-classified includes district attorney’s office, hospital authority, and the consolidated courts) performing related work.
