About Veev

Veev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed‑panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on‑site while delivering a more sustainable and higher‑quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley‑based startup.

Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer within the Sustaining Engineering team, you will own the continuous improvement, integration, and production readiness of electrical systems across Veev’s released modular product platforms. This role focuses on maintaining high‑quality, code‑compliant electrical designs while driving refinements based on field feedback, factory needs, engineering evaluations, and change requests. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement engineering changes, and ensure electrical systems remain scalable, manufacturable, and aligned with evolving operational requirements.

You will play a key role in sustaining product performance across fabrication and field deployment, helping ensure Veev’s electrical systems are reliable, repeatable, and optimized for production.
