Our client, a leading innovator in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the Manufacturing Engineering department and collaborating cross‑functionally with Vehicle Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Supplier Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

What’s

the Job?
  • Support the Manufacturing Engineering team by performing root cause analysis on vehicles and recording findings.
  • Read technical drawings and CAD models to understand part design and assembly processes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Develop and document troubleshooting techniques and quality procedures.
  • Create and update quality documents, including training plans for inspection standards and quality alerts.
What’s Needed?
  • Associate’s Degree with 4‑6 years of experience as a quality technician or HS Diploma/GED with 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models.
  • Broad technical background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and working with PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
