Title: Logistics Industrial Engineer (PFEP)
Pay Rate: $60/hr + DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (fully onsite)
Location: Hayward, CA

About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Industrial Engineer to support logistics operations across manufacturing and distribution environments. This role focuses on optimizing material flow, improving warehouse and lineside design, and ensuring efficient execution of logistics processes to support production and scalability.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accuracy of material attributes
- Ensure SAP material data aligns with PFEP planning and operational requirements
- Design warehouse and lineside layouts to optimize material flow, storage, and efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches and ensure material readiness
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve operational performance
- Provide hands-on support to shop floor operations, including training and problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in logistics, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of PFEP and the ability to take ownership and progress PFEP plans
- Experience developing and maintaining PFEP databases
- Background in warehouse design and material flow optimization
- Experience supporting new product launches
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience with time studies, process mapping, or simulation tools
- Experience in automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments
