Job Overview
We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services, specializing in HVAC Controls. This role is for a programmer responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start‑ups, and providing training and documentation for end users. The position also involves inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems, and modifying programs and graphics.
Responsibilities• Develop and maintain control algorithms for building automation systems.
• Manage and update system databases.
• Integrate multiple BAS platforms into unified solutions.
• Lead project start‑ups and ensure successful deployment.
• Provide user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Inspect, test, adjust, and repair automation hardware and software.
- 4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space.
- Experience with at least one major BAS platform.
- Proficiency with Distech Tridium Niagara N4.
- Nice to have: BS in a related field.
- Nice to have:
Experience with BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus. - Nice to have:
Tridium Niagara N4 certification.
