Community Outreach Associate

About this positionWe are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Associates, supporting live events and community campaigns throughout the East Bay. This is a people-focused, in-person role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Represent community initiatives at local events
- Provide clear and helpful information to attendees
- Maintain a professional and positive presence
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Work collaboratively with team members
"$600–$1,000 per week (performance-based). Earnings are not guaranteed."
Paid training provided.
Requirements- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required
Advancement into leadership and team support roles is available based on performance and consistency.
