Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is dedicated to making haircuts a unique and enjoyable experience for both kids and parents. Our friendly, skilled stylists provide excellent service in a clean and fun environment. Kids can enjoy their favorite cartoons or Netflix shows while sitting in themed chairs such as a Dodge Police Cruiser, Barbie Jeep, or Lightning McQueen Race Car. We strive to create a memorable and entertaining visit for every child.

We are seeking a full-time Salon Manager & Stylist for our Hayward, CA location. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of stylists, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, client service management, inventory control, and maintaining a welcoming environment for children and their families. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on involvement in salon activities.

• Experience in team management, leadership, and creating staff schedules
• Customer service excellence and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
• Strong organizational abilities, including inventory management and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of salon operations, hair styling, or related industries is a plus
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
