Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Eyebrow Threading Specialist to join our vibrant beauty team. In this role, you will deliver expert eyebrow threading services, enhancing clients’ natural beauty with precision and care. Your energetic approach will ensure every guest feels pampered, confident, and satisfied with their look. As a key member of our salon, you will also provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on skincare and beauty treatments, and contribute to creating a welcoming, lively atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.

• Perform professional eyebrow threading services with meticulous attention to detail, shaping eyebrows to complement each client’s unique features
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols
• Engage with clients to understand their beauty goals, offering personalized recommendations for eyebrow shaping and related treatments
• Assist clients with inquiries about other salon services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or makeup application when appropriate
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Support the team by maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing tools and equipment regularly

• Proven experience in eyebrow threading with a keen eye for symmetry and detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty services to ensure client safety
• Basic understanding of related beauty treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and makeup application is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and offer professional advice on skincare routines and beauty enhancements
