Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members and provide professional support for elective medical procedures Document and communicate consumer interactions across various channels, ensuring timely follow-up Promote Smart Shopper products and support consumer engagement with healthcare offerings
Required Qualifications Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with online consumer shopping tools is highly preferred Associates degree preferred Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is desired Strong healthcare literacy and understanding of medical insurance claims processes is helpful
