Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services in home health settings in assigned areas, on a part-time or per diem schedule as listed below.

Area 1: covering cities of Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City
Area #3: covering the cities of San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore

Part-Time 32 (24 RVEs per week) benefits available OR Part-Time 24 (18 RVEs per week) OR Per Diem (6 RVEs per week). Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday-Monday. 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability.

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR/BLS Certification

• Advanced computer system knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus

Education:

Associate (Preferred).

Experience:

Home Health: 1 year (Preferred). License/Certification: CPR or BLS Certification (Required);
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required);
Driver's License (Required).
