Nurse

Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations at Fuze Health supports the Pharmacy Operations team by overseeing prescription processing activities and leading a team of pharmacy technicians. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality patient service while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. The Supervisor works cross‑functionally with leadership and stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage, mentor, and support a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient prescription processing and operational excellence.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Monitor workflows and production activities to improve efficiency, quality metrics, and operational performance.
  • Patient Profile Oversight:
    Review and monitor patient profile intake to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
  • Performance Management:
    Utilize established metrics, reports, and dashboards to track team performance against predetermined targets and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Workforce Planning:
    Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet facility goals related to production, quality, and safety.
  • Employee Development:
    Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary while recognizing and rewarding strong performance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal leaders, stakeholders, and teams to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Hiring & Talent Development:
    Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, promotion, and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance:
    Ensure pharmacy technicians are properly trained on logistics, operating equipment, and company policies while maintaining regulatory and safety standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a community or retail pharmacy environment.
  • Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement process improvements in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience establishing and analyzing metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and drive operational improvements.

The compensation range for this position is $34.00-$36.00/hour
