Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Hayward, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
Shift: Day Shift
We’re looking for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive and dynamic rehab team in Hayward, California
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Current BLS certification
Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
Provide hands‑on care and instruction to patients
Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising PT
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Foster a positive, motivating environment for recovery
