Velocity Account Executive
San Francisco | On-site | $200K OTE (50/50) + Equity
We’re partnering with a high-growth, Series B AI infrastructure company in San Francisco that is quietly becoming the backbone behind thousands of AI-powered products.
This isn’t another AI application. It’s the infrastructure layer that enables other software companies to ship AI-driven experiences n their customers win, it’s because this platform works flawlessly in the background.
They’ve grown 3x year-over-year, serve category leaders, and are now scaling their enterprise motion deliberately.
They’re now hiring a Velocity Account Executive to own inbound demand and close early-stage, technical buyers.
The Opportunity
This is not a cushy inbound SaaS role.
You’ll manage a high-volume funnel of startup founders, developers, and technical leaders who are building real products. You’ll run the full process:
- Discovery → Technical Demo → 14-Day Trial → Close.
- You’ll advise engineers on implementation.
- You’ll run pilots.
- You’ll close quickly.
- You’ll also generate outbound opportunities in a market with very little direct competition.

- You work directly with founders.
If you need rigid structure, layers of enablement, or predictable 9–5 energy - this won’t suit you.
If you want ownership, speed, and growth - it will.
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years closing SMB or Mid-Market SaaS
- Experience selling to technical buyers (Developers, CTO, Head of Engineering, Product)
- Previous startup experience (Seed–Series B preferred)
- Strong quota track record
- Comfortable in-office, 5 days per week
- Self-directed, proactive, coachable
This is a role for someone who likes ambiguity and wants to help build a category from the ground up.
Compensation
- $200K OTE (50/50 split)
- Equity
- 5–6 month structured ramp
