Logistics Systems Analyst

Overview

Hire Art is helping our client find a Logistics Systems Analyst to support the logistics systems team by assisting with SAP processes and ensuring accurate tracking and management of key operational documents such as purchase orders, stock transport orders, inbound deliveries, and transport units.

In this role, you’ll help the logistics team navigate SAP EWM and MM processes, support document tracking and management, and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This person brings strong SAP capability along with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

• Support logistics teams in navigating SAP EWM and MM processes, including document tracking and workflow management.
• Track and manage operational documents such as purchase orders, stock transport orders, inbound deliveries, delivery dates, and transport units.
• Provide guidance on SAP process flows and assist team members with basic system and process-related questions.
• Identify minor system issues, recommend potential solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
• Assist with training and support by helping teams understand SAP process flows and ensuring documents are captured and tracked accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping develop and maintain internal SAP process documentation.

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Strong SAP capability with familiarity using EWM and MM modules
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including purchase orders, stock transport orders, and delivery management

• Master s degree plus 1-3 years of industry experience

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Hayward, CA area.
