The candidate must bring a strong compliance and regulatory mindset along with the interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain testing momentum in a manufacturing site environment. We are seeking a resource with pharmacovigilance domain knowledge and validated application testing experience to support Client's Hayward manufacturing site application portfolio in an onsite delivery model. This role will be the visible testing presence for site-based stakeholders - leading client communication, coordinating UAT activities, driving issue resolution, and ensuring testing progress and risks are reported clearly to both site teams and central delivery leadership.

• Lead UAT coordination at the Hayward site - organizing sessions, aligning business testers, managing test data needs, and driving sign-off within project timelines.
• Design and execute test cases across SIT, UAT, and where applicable OQ/PQ phases, ensuring evidence capture meets regulatory documentation standards.
• Manage defect lifecycle from logging through resolution, owning stakeholder communication on defect status, severity triage, and closure timelines.
• Act as the onsite testing representative at the Hayward site, building trusted working relationships with site project managers, business SMEs, and application owners.
• Execute functional and validation testing for Hayward site applications with GxP/CSA/CSV awareness and adherence to SOP compliance standards.
• Support COTS configuration-only testing cycles where configuration validation proceeds directly to UAT per engagement scope.
• Perform requirement analysis and maintain traceability documentation to ensure test coverage is aligned to risk-categorized requirements as defined by Client.
• Prepare and deliver regular testing status reports and release readiness updates to Hayward site stakeholders and the central Testing Shared Services team.
• Identify and escalate testing risks and blockers proactively, driving resolution across site teams, development groups, and offshore testing resources.
• Operate within ALM/ALVIS or equivalent test management tools for test planning, execution tracking, and evidence management.

Pay Range*: $53 - $58/- per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
