QA Tester - MI - PN

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our software development team. The QA Tester will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, validating software functionality, and ensuring applications meet quality and business requirements before release.

• Analyze business and technical requirements to understand testing needs.
• Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing

• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and defect triage meetings.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and testing reports.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and new feature implementations.
• Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation opportunities.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated QA Tester to join our team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in the exciting and fast-paced field of IT Software / Services. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by conducting manual and automated tests, using tools such as QTP / Selenium.

This is a full-time role, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 yearly, and is open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H4 visa holders.

• Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.

• 0-5 years of experience in QA / Testing.
• Proficiency in QTP / Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in QTP / Selenium and automated testing techniques.
