Customer Service Technician I – Agiliti

Responsibilities- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, explaining equipment features and functionality.
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to support billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 21 years of age or older.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Customer service experience; prior hospital‑setting experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off‑hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Physical ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and standing for extended periods.
Shift: Graveyard (10 pm – 6:30 am). 10 weekdays off. Flexible coverage includes Mon/Tues, Tues/Wed, and Wed/Thurs off. Primary location:
Hayward, CA Branch. Additional locations may be assigned.
Annual base salary: $22,240 – $34,240. Benefits include Health, Dental & Vision plans;
