Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Hayward, CA

Job Type: Full-time contract (12 month)

Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: M-F, 7:30am – 4pm

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support day‑to‑day production and warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and training record management while supporting a fast‑paced operations team.

• Track and enter production, inventory, and performance data using Excel and internal systems
• Prepare, maintain, and control documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and training files
• Support warehouse operations including inventory control and ordering of supplies
• Serve as a system administrator for departmental training records
• Communicate effectively across manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
• Support compliance with cGMP, GDP, and quality system requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Basic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access a plus)
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and work on the production floor as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
