Formulation Manufacturing Technician
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Formulation Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the manufacturing department, you will support the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable success within the organization.
Pay Range: $24.00/hr
Location: Hayward, CA
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Proactively identify defects or issues in the manufacturing line or product and report findings to supervisors or engineers.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems to support quality control and compliance.
- Support team efforts to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
What's Needed?
- Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Experience of 3-7 years in manufacturing or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying issues.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
