Summary:
Dessert makers are responsible for cooking, baking, whipping, mixing, cooling, preparing, packaging, and labeling a variety of desserts. Also responsible for sorting, inspecting, packing, and placing different types of desserts into packages and boxes. Responsible for monitoring dessert productivity and ensuring they meet the company's quality standards, as well as maintaining sanitary, clean, and organized workstations.
Resumen:
Reposteros son responsables de cocinar, hornear, batir, mezclar, enfriar, preparar, empaquetar y etiquetar la variedad de postres. Tambien responsables de la clasificación, inspección, embalaje y colocación de diferentes tipos de postres en paquetes y cajas. Responsables de monitorear la productividad de los postres y que cumplen con los estándares de calidad de la empresa y de mantener las estaciones de trabajo sanitarias, limpias y organizadas.
