Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: M-F, + Sat | Day and Swing Shift

What's the Job?

• Support all local manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Set up and operate general production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Complete relevant documentation in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines to maintain compliance.
• Perform cleaning of equipment, small parts, and production areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary to support manufacturing activities.

What's Needed?

• Good written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Proficiency in general mathematics and ability to work with both metric and US measurement standards.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with potential overtime as required.
