Manager, Manufacturing Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Manufacturing Systems to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location:

Hayward, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $211,000 – $254,000 annually

• Translate corporate strategy into manufacturing systems concepts and deliverables
• Develop manufacturing and service systems strategies for company goals
• Collaborate with leaders to define support resources for manufacturing systems
• Represent manufacturing systems in cross-functional projects
• Ensure effective interaction between manufacturing systems and enterprise-level systems
• Manage the execution systems team to standardize manufacturing processes
• Support production operations at compnay facilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing systems
• Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems and automation
• Proven experience in creating business and technical strategies
• Familiarity with SAP ME/Mii/PCo and industrial automation devices
