Our client, a leading electrical manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-Hayward-Production Technician to join their team. As a US-Hayward-Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting electrical assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Assemble panel boards and switchboards according to customer specifications using hand and power tools.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with specifications and codes.
- Perform electrical wiring assembly utilizing various tools such as wire strippers and pliers.
- Maintain workflow progress, communicate issues like part shortages or problems to team members.
- Prepare finished products for shipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an assembly-related role with the use of hand and/or power tools or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and work overtime as required.
- Effective communication skills in all formats (speech, writing, reading).
- Ability to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions accurately.
- Commitment to health and safety practices, actively participating in safety training and activities.
